This module is an overview of the Accessible Standards for Customer Service Regulation, which is one of the 5 Standards regulated under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act’s (AODA) Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR). The intent of this Standard is to help remove barriers for people with disabilities so they can access goods, services and facilities.
For organizations in Ontario, this module will be appropriately paired with other modules in order to meet the mandatory AODA customer service training requirements.
